Brief introduction:
Chevron conveyor belts are used primarily when the angle of incline becomes too steep for a smooth conventional conveyor belt .
Belt is fitted with integrally molded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with a smooth surface belt
Different cleat designs allow the carrying of many types of material, from bulk solids to unit load
Applications:
There are open type and closed type, suitable for bulk or bagged materials such as powder and granule with incline less than 45 degrees.

Elongation at break: not less than 350%
Adhesive strength between carcass: not less than6.0N/mm
Adhesive strength between cover and carcass: not less than 3.0N/mm
Elasticity: not less than 32%
Abrasion: no more than 200mm

First vulcanization molding :the base belt and chevron vulcanize into a unity
Strengthens the adhesion between the core and the rubber cover .the chevron will not fall off lifetime is longer
Second vulcanization molding: base belt and chevron vulcanize into a unity by low temperature
Avoids the aging of the base belt
Can make sure the adhesion between the base belt and the chevron
